Located at the high of Mantiqueira Mountain in the south of the state of Minas Gerais, this was a rural monastery for over 50 years, pertaining to the religious order of the Benedictines. Now the place is run by a lovely family who turned it into a Guest House, providing the guests with original experiences of nature contact, therapeutic & spiritual activities such as Yoga and Meditation.

We also found it to be an excellent and most suitable location to run our 240 hours, intensive, full-immersion Yoga Teacher Training Course in Brazil.
